Founder & Managing Partner

Menahem Einhoren holds a diploma in Business Administration & Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School. He has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business and is responsible for administration, investor relations, joint venture partners, equity and portfolio management and several co-operations with major family offices across Europe.
He has been involved in all phases of the real estate business from development to exit and has managed a transaction volume of over €2 billion. During the last 22 years as an entrepreneur he founded several successful companies.
Rock Invest was founded by him as a micro-living development platform for investments across Europe. With his extensive knowledge of the development process, he is ideally suited to evaluate new projects, partners and ventures.

STEFAN BAUER

CEO & Managing Partner

Stefan Bauer studied International Finance & Real Estate at California State University.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector (cash flow analysis, treasury, cash/risk management, project development, real estate purchase and sale, asset management, consulting, marketing and analysis / reporting / budgeting and controlling for funds).
Most recently he was Head of Treasury at Fortress Germany Asset Management, responsible for the German portfolio activities with a peak of € 4 billion net asset value.
Stefan is responsible for administration and financial controlling at Rock Invest.

RABI MUJAHED

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR (DIPL.-ING.)

Rabi Mujahed studied Civil Engineering at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and has more than 13 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
During his many years of experience, he has worked as the Technical Director of an executive construction company, in an engineering office, and as the Owner’s Representative of a major city.
Many years of experience and know-how make him a versatile expert in the construction industry.
More than a dozen projects with a total construction volume of approx. 500 million euros have already been successfully completed by him as project manager, and further projects with a project volume of approx. 200 million euros are already in the pipe line.
As Technical Director, he is responsible for the management and control of all projects. He is responsible for all processes from the initial inspection of a property, through project development, to turnkey construction handover.
